1. How can I find the transaction ID for my purchase?

To find your transaction ID, log into www.secondlife.com, then click the “Transaction History” link under the “Account” dropdown menu to the left side of the screen. Here you can view all purchases made in the past 30 days. Your transaction ID will look something like this:

01/11/2011 10:49:13 205eca3e
Destination: Gala Phoenix
Object Sale
Region: Curio
Description: :Curio: Sundust-Ice Queen-FATPACK
L$3,000

2. I purchased a skin, but never received it. How do I get my skin?

Occasionally region or vendor malfunctions can cause failure in the delivery of an item. If you bought a skin and didn’t receive it, send me an IM with your transaction ID, and your skin will be redelivered as soon as possible. This is a known SL glitch and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

3. I bought a single skin, but now I want the Fatpack. What should I do?

No problem! If it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase(s), I will be happy to refund your single purchase. All I’ll need is the transaction ID for the single skin and the fatpack for proof of your purchases. Copy and paste both transactions into a notecard, and name it: Single refund-Your Name. Send it to me and I’ll deliver your refund posthaste.

4. What if I accidentally purchased the same skin twice?

To receive a refund for your duplicate purchase, send me a notecard containing the transaction IDs for both purchases. Name the card: Duplicate skin-Your Name.

Because systems and settings vary you may get a more accurate match by finding

your own RGB values. Here’s a simple way to find the RGB values of any skin:

• Enable your Advanced menu: Ctrl-Alt-D (Cmd-Opt-D for Mac)

• Go to Advanced > UI > Show Color Under Cursor

• Hold your cursor over the patch of your skin you’d like to sample
(Note: To get the most accurate reading, use a freeze animation to prevent

your avatar from moving)

Numbers will be displayed right above your media controls in the lower right

portion of your screen. The first 3 sets of numbers are your R (Red) G (Green) and

B (Blue) values, in that order. That’s it!

6. I bought the wrong skin, or don’t like the skin I bought. Can I get a refund or an exchange?

Because all skins are set to copy/no transfer, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. No exceptions. Please try the demos to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the skin before you make a purchase. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

7. Can you make me a custom skin, or make changes to an existing skin?

I don’t take custom orders, but I love suggestions. If you have an idea for a skin or makeup you’d like to see at Curio, I’d love to hear it! You can submit suggestions here. Be sure to include links to example images when possible.

9. My skin is damaged or corrupt. How can I fix it?

If your skin appears striped, black, wearing clothes you aren’t actually wearing, or otherwise distorted, try the following tips:

• First, try rebaking your textures: Ctrl-Alt-R (Cmd-Opt-R for Mac)

• Try turning off your palletized textures: Ctrl-Alt-F7 (Cmd-Opt-F7 for Mac) then rebake again

• Finally, try clearing your cache. Go to Preferences (Ctrl-P for PC, Cmd-P for Mac), and find the Clear Cache button on the Network tab. Click it, then relog.
